Returns Policy 7 Days
At Esselegance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date for most items.
Important Note on Hygiene: Due to intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any underwear items for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
For non-underwear items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange process:
- Contact our customer service team at support@esselegance.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will email you a return authorization and instructions
- Package your return securely and include the authorization form
- Ship your return to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item:
- We will inspect it and notify you of the approval status
- Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method
- You should see the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a different size or color for non-underwear items:
- Follow the return process above
- Indicate your desired size/color in your email
- We will process the exchange once we receive the original item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@esselegance.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
